BART Director Debora Allen

Debora Allen was elected on November 8, 2016 to serve as a Director from District 1 on the Board of the Bay Area Rapid Transit - BART. With 25 years of financial management experience in private industries serving in various roles such as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Tax Manager, Auditor, Controller and Business Owner, Debora Allen is well-known as a hard-working, dedicated change agent who takes on the most challenging problems and emerges with thoughtful, strategic solutions. As a business leader, she has worked tirelessly on formation, operational process improvement, financial management and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, government audits, and executive coaching for businesses and non-profit organizations.
