Bill Churchill is the Assistant General Manager of Administration for County Connection a public transit authority serving ten cities and the unincorporated areas of central Contra Costa County.  Bill has worked for the Authority for 23 years and spent 33 years working in the public transit arena.  He has held a variety of positions including Planning/ Scheduling, IT and Operations to name a few.  Prior to County Connection Bill ran the Transit Division for UCLA and developed transportation software for fleet and traffic management.  He has a bachelor of science of computer science at UCLA with an emphasis in intelligent algorithms or better known as AI.
