Vice President of EAST BAY LEADERSHIP COUNCIL

LINDY JOHNSON, Vice President and Policy Director of The East Bay Leadership Council & Director of Research and Projects (CCEP) will discuss EBLC’s mission to increase economic vitality and quality of life in the East Bay with emphasis on the issues of housing and homelessness policies in Contra Costa County.  Over the last 80 years the East Bay Leadership Council has established a reputation for effective advocacy, built a network of influential leaders, and delivered valuable opportunities to its members and the communities.

With EBLC she specializes in public policy and administration assisting businesses whose activities are impacted by politics and governmental affairs.  Housing is a premier issue of economic vitality and homelessness is a quality-of-life issue, and these issues are being considered at every level of local, regional and state government. 

LINDY JOHNSON Lindy holds a Master's in Public Administration from CSU Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor’s Degree from University of California, Santa Cruz.  Previously, she was a district representative for both the California State Senate and Contra Costa County.
